Hi, I’m Brittany—therapist, wife, mom, and lifelong lover of the outdoors.
I believe in the deep resilience of human beings. Over the past decade, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside individuals and families through some of life’s hardest seasons. As a licensed professional counselor, my goal is to offer a grounded, compassionate space—whether you’re navigating motherhood, fertility challenges, trauma, or relationship stress.
You are strong, capable, and insightful—but even the most resourceful among us need support sometimes. Life doesn’t always follow a predictable or easy path, and you don’t have to walk it alone. Through regular sessions, evidence-based tools, and ongoing emotional support, we’ll work together to help you feel steady, connected, and more like yourself again.
When I’m not in session, you’ll likely find me with my family, exploring outdoors, practicing yoga, or spending time with our farm animals—who sometimes make gentle appearances in my therapeutic work.
I’m currently accepting a few new clients for 2025, and I would be honored to support you in this season.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) a type of psychotherapy that focuses on helping individuals identify and change patterns of thinking and behavior that contribute to their emotional distress or mental health issues.
Mental Health Consulting trauma informed behavioral health consulting, training, and education.
Solution Focused Brief Therapy when focusing on the past is not helpful. The first step is to identify strengths or skills already acquired that can help you overcome obstacles.
Interpersonal Therapy helps you overcome the obstacles in your relationships by improving communication skills, conflict resolution, and coping skills for difficult and unexpected times, like when you experience a loss.
Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy (EFP) is a dynamic treatment approach. Therapy becomes hands-on and experiential with the inclusion of a horse. Horses serve as a mirror to our emotional state and provide us with nonjudgmental, honest, in the moment feedback. EFP is a universal treatment method that ca benefit all ages and a wide variety of mental/behavioral health issues such as anxiety, depression, other mood disorders, post partum, relationships, and trauma!
Mindfulness therapy, often referred to as mindfulness-based therapy (MBT), is an approach to mental health treatment that incorporates principles of mindfulness meditation and practice. It involves techniques aimed at increasing awareness of the present moment, accepting one's thoughts and feelings without judgment, and cultivating a sense of compassion towards oneself and others.

This mini horse may be tiny, but her attitude is big. Olive rocks her Ray-Bans like a boss and never misses a chance to make you laugh.
Feeling like Olive? You’re holding it together—but also a little spicy.

Phoenix is a black-and-white pony with a heart that’s been through a lot—and keeps rising. Sensitive and sweet, she’s the one who gets you.
Feeling like Phoenix? You’re soft, strong, and maybe working through something big.

Rascal is our gentle giant and therapy assistant. He’s patient, wise, and always knows when to nuzzle in. The kind of horse that grounds you with just one look.
Feeling like Rascal? You might need a moment of stillness and strength today.

Covered in fluff and fueled by curiosity, Luna is full of chaotic good energy. She teaches you how to feel big feelings and still be lovable.
Feeling like Luna? You’re in your emotions, and that’s totally okay.
