Brittany Razee-Erosky, MA, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor, trauma therapist, author, and behavioral health consultant based in Colorado. She specializes in trauma-informed care for adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, attachment wounds, life transitions, and the lasting impact of trauma and addiction within family systems.
Brittany has a particular passion for supporting individuals and families affected by high-stress environments, emotional dysregulation, substance-related instability, caregiver burnout, and relational trauma. Her clinical work integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, attachment-focused care, and holistic wellness practices designed to foster long-term healing and emotional resilience.
In addition to her therapy practice, Brittany provides behavioral health consultation and training focused on trauma-informed systems, addiction fallout within families, rural mental health, maternal mental health, burnout in helping professionals, and community behavioral health response. Her consulting work supports organizations, agencies, and multidisciplinary teams seeking compassionate, practical, and human-centered approaches to complex behavioral health challenges.
Brittany is also passionate about fertility and maternal mental health, helping women and families navigate the emotional complexities of infertility, pregnancy, postpartum transitions, identity shifts, and the invisible emotional labor often carried within caregiving roles.
With leadership experience in community mental health and a strong commitment to accessible care, Brittany brings a grounded and relational approach to both clinical treatment and systems-level collaboration. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing happens not only within individuals, but within relationships, families, and communities as a whole.

Solution Focused Brief Therapy when focusing on the past is not helpful. The first step is to identify strengths or skills already acquired that can help you overcome obstacles.
Interpersonal Therapy helps you overcome the obstacles in your relationships by improving communication skills, conflict resolution, and coping skills for difficult and unexpected times, like when you experience a loss.
Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy (EFP) is a dynamic treatment approach. Therapy becomes hands-on and experiential with the inclusion of a horse. Horses serve as a mirror to our emotional state and provide us with nonjudgmental, honest, in the moment feedback. EFP is a universal treatment method that ca benefit all ages and a wide variety of mental/behavioral health issues such as anxiety, depression, other mood disorders, post partum, relationships, and trauma!
Mindfulness therapy, often referred to as mindfulness-based therapy (MBT), is an approach to mental health treatment that incorporates principles of mindfulness meditation and practice. It involves techniques aimed at increasing awareness of the present moment, accepting one's thoughts and feelings without judgment, and cultivating a sense of compassion towards oneself and others.
